HVRAS is a meausring scheme which is required for motor vehicle's with a gross vehicle mass over 4.5 tonne or ATM (Aggregate Trailer Mass) which exceeds 750kg. A HVRAS certificate is required before a vehicle or trailer can be registered or transferred in QLD.
